adesso is now an Elite Service Partner of cloud platform provider Snowflake, making it one of the preferred service partners for its AI Data Cloud. With more than 100 Snowflake experts, the IT service provider is currently one of only nine elite partners in Europe.

The technology is able to generate new, coherent and often surprising content from the information available to it. Expectations are understandably high and, in some cases, entirely unrealistic. So what does the new year hold for the world of generative AI?

Positive shopping experiences stick, meaning that customers become accustomed to them and expect them from all providers. Most companies are aware of this: according to a study by adesso, 95 percent want to invest in improving digital customer experiences over the next few years in order to retain or expand their customer base.
