Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who combines strong sales expertise with excellent communication skills and an established professional network. In this role, you'll be driving sales activities, managing key client relationships, and expanding our customer base through both existing networks and new business development.

What kind of role is this?

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll drive sales activities, manage key accounts, and expand our client base while working in a startup-style organization that's backed by an international community of 11,000 professionals across Europe. You'll identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and sell our range of services. As a senior team member, you'll use your network and industry expertise to bring in new business and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities and daily tasks:

  • Open and manage key accounts and driving sales processes
  • Grow our client base through your network and active business development
  • Work with presales consultants from Nordic and Central European offices
  • Conceptualise solutions that address client business challenges together with our consultants
  • Sell both complete project solutions and individual experts
  • Collaborate with technical specialists on proposals and client presentations

Why would you be suitable for this position?

We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a successful history of building client relationships in the IT consultancy sector. You take initiative, enjoy closing deals, and can translate business challenges into practical solutions for our clients.

Skills and characteristics:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in IT consultancy
  • Solid track record in opening new accounts as well as managing key accounts and growing your contact network
  • Established connections in industries such as manufacturing, finance, retail, or utilities
  • Experience selling to business leaders beyond IT departments
  • Ability to grasp business challenges and create compelling value propositions
  • Experience in sales cycles on topics such as GenAI roadmaps, data governance, ERP transformation, and digital customer experience
  • Self-driven with a team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
